World Without Exploitation (WorldWE), a national coalition working to end human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, seeks a strategic Communications Manager to lead and elevate our national communications efforts.
Over the past year, WorldWE has expanded its national visibility, driven high-impact media engagement, and mobilized rapid-response advocacy during critical policy moments. We are seeking a communications leader who can build on this momentum — shaping compelling narratives, strengthening media relationships, deepening digital engagement, and amplifying survivor-centered advocacy nationwide.
The Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with policy and movement goals. Responsibilities include media pitching and relationship-building; managing website content and analytics; overseeing email communications and a 15,000+ contact list in Mailchimp; leading social media strategy; coordinating with a webmaster and SEO vendor; managing rapid-response action alerts; and designing digital and event-related collateral.
Qualified candidates will have at least two years of communications experience, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
