Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Day Worker Center
- Oversee development and implementation of current and new programsand services
- Lead, supervise, and support staff and volunteers
- Serve as a liaison betweenthe day worker community, local residents, and public officials
- Provide hands-on supportworkshops, ESL classes,and healthy meal services
- Strengthen and expandthe center’s programming to meet evolvingcommunity needs
- Collaborate with the Executive Directorto advance the Center’s strategic vision
- Support nonprofit governance, fundraising efforts, public outreach, and community partnerships
- Maintain and grow relationships with external stakeholders and partners
- Track and assessorganizational impact to ensure strategic goals are met
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanishand English
- Passion for social justice, equity,and immigrant workerrights
- Strong interest in advancingto an executive-level role in the nonprofitsector
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based or nonprofit organizations
- At least 2years of management or team leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with programbudgeting and processimprovement
- Proficiency in GoogleWorkspace (Docs, Sheets,Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to managemultiple priorities in a dynamicenvironment
- Collaborative,flexible, and willingto take initiative
