    About the Position:

    The Revenue Teams Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Project Sunshine’s Development and Corporate Partnerships teams by ensuring smooth and efficient gift processing, donor stewardship, and database management. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by mission-driven work. The coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities—from processing donations and managing Salesforce data, to assisting with corporate outreach and event support—all to help sustain and grow the organization’s revenue streams. This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both the behind-the-scenes operations and the donor experience that fuel Project Sunshine’s impact.

    Principle Responsibilities:

    Processing Gifts

    • Create invoices for corporate partner employee engagement events
    • Enter donations in CRM through consistent, approved process
    • Create and manage Classy fundraising campaigns and pages, including troubleshooting support for college chapters and Summer Solstice + Giving Tuesday ambassadors

    Stewarding Gifts

    • Review new gifts and assigns lead for appropriate and personal follow-up
    • Ensure donors and corporate partners are thanked promptly after making a gift by sending tax receipts and acknowledgements, compelling thank you messages, and making personal thank you calls when appropriate
    • Follow up with corporate partners who have outstanding gifts, via email and phone

    Corporate Partner Outreach

    • Manage reactive outreach with inbound corporate leads, as well as proactive outreach to targeted leads, on a regular basis via email and phone

    Salesforce Administration

    • Maintain and update donor records, ensuring we have current contact information, affiliations, event attendance, engagement notes, etc.
    • Assist with the creation and segmentation of donor and partner lists and reports, as needed
    • Enter employee engagement Kits for Play program sessions into Salesforce
    • Enter corporate engagement/corporate giving gifts in Salesforce
    • Assist in creating corporate reports and dashboards for data management and efficiency
    • Lead corporate data cleaning projects

    General Team Support

    • Support events, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and follow-up
    • Provide special help to Development and Corporate teams in weeks leading up to and following key events: annual Gala, Golf Classic, Campaign events, Here to Parties, kit-packings
    • Support the teams with special projects and Campaign, as needed
    • Responsible for purchasing materials for employee engagement Here to Party events
    • Facilitate corporate engagement events (Kits for Play, Here to Party), when needed

    Skills

    • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Extremely detail‐oriented, highly organized, and flexible
    • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to meet goals
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including fluency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
    • Expertise with web-based tools and searches
    • Interest in CSR, nonprofit fundraising, or partnership development
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of work experience: fundraising, development, or administrative support (nonprofit experience preferred)
    • Familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar), preferred
    • Experience supporting events, campaigns, or donor communications, preferred
