JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary: This position drives forward the Federation’s work to improve the safety and well-being
of Jewish community members facing hate crimes and bias incidents by helping our community
understand the importance of Washington State’s Hate Crimes & Bias Incidents Hotline, how to use
it, and supporting community members experiencing anti-Jewish harm.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk,

vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus is required.

Paid time off and Holidays are as follows: fifteen (15) vacation days and five (5) sick days annually, nine (9) Federal Holidays, and Jewish holidays, which vary year to year.

The Federation offers a supplemental leave program to Washington State’s Paid Family & Medical Leave, which makes employees’ salaries “whole” for the duration of the leave approved by the state.
