    Description

    About the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center

The Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is a pioneering nonprofit on a mission to create a more inclusive, accessible, and knowledgeable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since 2014, we’ve empowered over 100,000 entrepreneurs to gain access and knowledge in entrepreneurship. And we’re just getting started! Our goal is to provide even more opportunities for high-potential, underrepresented entrepreneurs to access world-class education and mentorship, while driving industry change through new benchmarks. Our vision? A world where every entrepreneur has the resources and support to thrive.

    The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to help design, deliver, and grow our portfolio of programs supporting small and medium-sized business (SMB) founders, especially those from under-resourced communities. This role is ideal for an operationally strong, data-driven leader-in-training who’s ready to grow into a future Head of Programs role. You’ll coordinate across teams, support continuous learning systems, and play a key role in scaling our program model across the U.S.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the design, execution, and refinement of milestone-driven learning programs for SMB founders.
    • Partner with the Learning & Impact Directors to integrate data insights into program evolution and participant success metrics.
    • Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for cohorts, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
    • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors, partners, and participants.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of milestones, participation, and outcomes through CRM and learning platforms (HubSpot, Cypher Learning, etc.).
    • Analyze participant data and help generate insights for reports, funder deliverables, and strategic decisions.
    • Champion open- and closed-loop learning, translating founder and mentor feedback into actionable program improvements.
    • Collaborate with senior program leaders to plan new initiatives and scale national partnerships.
    • Contribute to process documentation and operational playbooks for future team expansion.
    • Develop leadership capacity through exposure to cross-functional strategy, stakeholder relations, and ecosystem building.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or nonprofit development.
    • Strong data fluency; comfort with CRMs, analytics, and iterative program improvement.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
    • Demonstrated empathy and cultural fluency with under-resourced and first-generation entrepreneurs.
    • Growth mindset and desire to evolve into a senior leadership role.

    Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience and location.

Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development.

Primarily virtual with 2–3 in-person events annually (travel expenses covered).
