    Description

    The Nashville Food Project (TNFP) seeks a collaborative, systems-oriented, and values-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a senior leader during an exciting chapter of organizational growth. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Leadership Team, the COO ensures that internal systems, staff development, and program execution are aligned with the mission and anchored in organizational values. This is a significant opportunity for a seasoned executive to help lead a highly respected, community-based organization that is advancing a more just and sustainable food system in Nashville.

    The COO will integrate key areas of work across the organization, including programs in food access and community engagement, as well as people and culture. As a member of the Leadership Team, the COO will support long-term planning while strengthening internal systems, evaluation practices, and interdepartmental collaboration. This leader will serve as a trusted internal advisor, a skillful coach, and a thought partner to the CEO.
