Director, Bradley Hills Village

Bradley Hills Village (BHV), a non-profit organization in Bethesda, MD of neighbors helping neighbors to build a vibrant intergenerational community through social, educational, and recreational activities as well as provide some direct services to reduce social isolation and help members flourish as they age in the neighborhoods and homes they love, serves over 100 households and 160 members. BHV is seeking a high energy consultant to serve as a half-time Director responsible for enhancing the smooth operation of the Village, especially through the BHV website, which is our principal communication and data platform. The Director has responsibility for communication and marketing, helping with event planning and registrations, support for volunteers offering member services, and representing BHV in public roles. The Director is the only paid staff person and serves as the webmaster.

The role is a consultancy and does not have benefits.

English is the language used in Bradley Hills Village's communication, but 15% of our members are bi-lingual so another language is an asset but not a requirement.
