About Technovation
For 20 years, Technovation has been helping girls and women become technology creators – not just consumers. We work in over 100 countries with corporate, foundation, and institutional partners to give young people the tools and mentorship they need to build real solutions to problems they care about.
We’re entering a big growth chapter in 2026. That means going deeper with corporate partners, getting sharper about what works in our fundraising, and building the internal systems to sustain it all.
The Role
We’re hiring a Fundraising Partnerships Manager to manage small-to-mid-size corporate and foundation partnerships, typically in the $10K–$75K range. This includes supporting partnerships from early conversations through proposals, close, and renewal. The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with foundations that fund programmatic, scoped work.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Institutional Partnerships and be part of a collaborative fundraising team. Day to day, this role is about keeping things moving, staying organized, and making sure partners have a positive, thoughtful experience working with Technovation. For larger or more complex opportunities, you’ll partner with the Director to prepare materials, coordinate next steps, and ensure smooth handoffs.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, writes clearly, and likes being a reliable point person on a small portfolio of relationships. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, but also values collaboration and learning along the way.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of partnerships
You’ll oversee a set of corporate and foundation prospects from outreach through close and renewal. This includes drafting proposals and budgets using existing templates, adapting materials as needed, leading renewal conversations, and closing partnerships within your portfolio.
Support a healthy pipeline
You’ll help maintain a clear, up-to-date picture of where each prospect stands in the Salesforce. You’ll work with colleagues across the organization to gather inputs for proposals, reports, and renewals when needed.
Contribute to team tools and learning
Over time, you’ll help improve shared resources like sponsorship decks, proposal language, and outreach templates. We’re also interested in learning what works across partnerships, so documenting insights and patterns is part of how this role will help improve efficiency and effectiveness for the full fundraising team.
