We are a global, remote team with team members based in the US, England, France, Chile, Brazil, and Singapore. We work across multiple time zones, and our core ways of working are anchored in a combination of virtual synchronous meetings and asynchronous discussion and collaboration in writing and using other virtual collaborative tools. We also believe that consistent in-person connection and collaboration are important - for relationship building, team members’ professional growth, and effective work. Our global team meets in-person at least once a year at a team retreat or our global, annual member events. We have four team members in the Tri-State area that meet in person on a regular basis.

The ImPact offers competitive salaried compensation, commensurate with experience and location, and generous benefits that vary by labor market. For US employees, expected annual compensation for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000 USD, commensurate with experience and location.
