    Reports To: Director of Development

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm; weekend and evening hours periodically required; in person with some hybrid flexibility

    Salary: $66,500

    Overview: The Center for Fiction seeks a Development Manager to oversee the implementation of its fundraising strategy. Working closely with the Director of Development, this role manages significant development projects, donor communications and operations, including the full grant lifecycle. The Development Manager is organized and detail oriented and a strong writer and communicator. This position supervises an Administrative Assistant in the Development department and ensures that work is carried out smoothly and on time.
