    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    The Organizational Administrator manages all administrative tasks to support Hustle and the communities that we serve. The Organizational Administrator will work closely with our CEO with daily execution of high level tasks related to advancing the organization.

    POSITION ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Fundraising
      • Input/process and receipt Virtuous gifts
      • Write & send donor care & thank you cards
    • Major Donors
      • Leading & preparing for meetings
      • Communication - Calls, emails, events, videos, program updates
    • Communication Systems
      • Check & respond to office phone
      • Check & respond to info account email
      • Update website
      • Facilitating staff action items
    • CRM Database Management
      • Managing and updating workflow automation
      • Managing and updating constituent information
      • Managing and updating incoming contacts
    • Accounts Payable
      • Paying & filing invoices
      • Managing monthly/annual account subscriptions
      • Processing staff reimbursements
    • Events
      • Assisting events team with creation of & execution of events
      • Communication, organization, printing, etc
    • Miscellaneous
      • Overseeing completion of stakeholder reports
      • Managing and updating Virtuous as necessary
      • Program payments
      • Note taking in meetings
    • Executive Assistance
      • Help the CEO to promote Hustle’s PHX culture.
      • Understand and foresee needs of the CEO and take initiative in ensuring they are able to focus on the highest-priority items and issues
      • Manage calendar and all details of the CEO’s often-changing schedule as well as the follow-up of projects with Hustle’s executive team and other Hustle team members
      • Maintain schedule and personal contacts of the CEO
      • Coordinate all of the CEO’s meetings through orchestrating conference calls, reserving rooms, making reservations, etc.
      • Draft email correspondence at the request of the CEO.
      • Assist with administrative tasks and general clerical duties for the CEO
      • Overseeing completion of stakeholder reports
      • Managing and updating Virtuous as necessary
