    Description

    We are a small progressive firm which emphasizes union and employee representation, and representation of non-profits. Individual work focused on disability, age, sexual orientation & national origin discrimination. Also do public interest health, voting rights and environmental litigation. Clients include Transport Workers Union in NYC, Amazon Labor Union, Center for the Independence of the Disabled NY, Pacifica Foundation. Lots of client contact, impact litigation. Fast paced.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide legal support to clients and work with senior attorneys
    • Maintain client relationships
    • Prepare legal reports and documents

    Qualifications

    • JD; admitted to the bar at least two years
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Litigation experience
    • Strong legal knowledge
