    Description

    The Kopp Foundation for Diabetes (KFD) is a growing nonprofit organization dedicated to improving diabetes awareness, prevention, and support through youth leadership, education, and community partnerships. We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and digital giving infrastructure.

    This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn digital outreach into measurable fundraising results and wants to help build systems that will support long-term nonprofit growth.

    Primary Focus: Digital Fundraising

    • Design and execute digital fundraising campaigns across website, email, social media, and online platforms
    • Build and manage donor journeys, including acquisition, retention, and stewardship
    • Support setup and optimization of digital fundraising tools and CRM workflows
    • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and donor engagement
    • Assist with online donor communications, acknowledgments, and reporting

    Major Role: Digital Marketing & Communications

    • Develop fundraising-focused content that highlights impact, programs, and youth leadership
    • Manage email marketing and support social media campaigns tied directly to fundraising goals
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across fundraising communications

    Collaboration & Strategy

    • Work closely with KFD leadership, operations, and program teams
    • Coordinate with Youth Ambassador and university chapter teams on digital fundraising initiatives
    • Help prepare reports and summaries for leadership and board review

    Qualifications

    • Required: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on online fundraising and donor conversion
    • Required: Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance measurement
    • Required: Experience managing or supporting Google Ads and Google Analytics (including conversion tracking and campaign optimization)
    • Required: Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and promotions, including audience targeting and performance optimization
    • Required: Strong technical skills, including HTML (landing pages, email templates, tracking integrations) and Python (data analysis, automation, or marketing workflows)
    • Experience working with CRMs, email marketing platforms, or online fundraising tools
    • Strong writing and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
    • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
