    ALBION SC MIAMI, a nonprofit youth soccer organization, is seeking a driven and strategic Grants, Fundraising & Revenue Coordinator to lead all revenue-generating initiatives for the club. This key role supports the sustainability and growth of our programs—including our Girls’ Initiative—and ensures meaningful community impact through sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and grant development.

    🔑 Position Summary

    The Grants, Fundraising & Revenue Coordinator will oversee the creation and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy. Core responsibilities include securing corporate sponsorships, leading fundraising initiatives, and researching, writing, and managing grants. This is a performance-based role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

    🧩 Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a revenue strategy across grants, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns.
    • Identify, pitch, and secure corporate sponsors, local business partners, and individual donors.
    • Research, write, and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and public agencies.
    • Manage sponsor and donor relationships, including renewals, acknowledgments, and stewardship.
    • Coordinate club-wide, team-based, and program-specific fundraising events.
    • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote fundraising efforts and sponsor recognition.
    • Track proposals, contacts, agreements, and revenue within a CRM system.
    • Provide regular revenue reports and forecasting to club leadership and the board.
    • Support budgeting related to sponsorship, grant, and fundraising revenue.

    🎓 Qualifications

    • Experience in fundraising, business development, sponsorship sales, or grant writing (nonprofit or sports experience a plus).
    • Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling proposals.
    • Strong networking, outreach, and presentation abilities.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office tools.
    • Passion for youth sports, community impact, and the mission of ALBION SC MIAMI.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    This position includes clear, measurable quarterly revenue goals tied to performance, reporting, and commission eligibility.

    💰 Compensation

    Base Salary: $25,000 annually

    Commission/Performance Bonus:

    • 5–10% commission on net new revenue above baseline performance goals
    • Bonus can be paid quarterly or annually

    Work Structure:

    • Part-time role with flexible scheduling
    • Occasional evenings/weekends for events
    • Opportunity for expansion in hours, responsibilities, and base compensation as revenue grows
