The ICHD home office is located in Greensburg with branch offices located in Coldwater, Ashland, and Kinsley. The ICHD is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors representing the participating counties and the 2026 operating budget for ICHD is approximately $5,000,000. ICHD currently employees 32 full-time and 20 part-time staff.

ICHD provides a comprehensive array of services for a rural community mental health center including adult services, children services, consultation and education services, crisis services, medication services, substance/drug use, veterans’ services and tobacco cessation programs. Case management, peer support, medication assisted treatment, and housing programs are also provided by ICHD.

The Clinical Director is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing all clinical programs at the Iroquois Center for Human Development. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services across the organization’s continuum of care, providing strategic oversight to ensure all programs are trauma-informed and compliant with state, federal, and CCBHC standards.

The position directs program development, quality assurance, and risk management while supervising and coaching clinical leadership to foster a supportive and accountable workplace culture. Additionally, the Clinical Director serves as the primary clinical representative for ICHD, actively engaging with community partners and state agencies to advance the organization's mission.

Qualified candidates must possess exceptional clinical expertise and a proven ability to develop and implement effective, comprehensive service models. The position requires 5–7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including deep knowledge of CCBHC requirements, Kansas mental health regulations, and Medicaid-funded services. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership in program development and a successful track record of supervising multidisciplinary teams.
