    Salary: $62,000

    Status: Full-time, Exempt

    A Message from Our Founder

Integrate for Good began with a simple but deeply held belief: everyone deserves opportunities to belong, lead, and contribute meaningfully to their community.

Every day at Integrate for Good, young adults with disabilities come together to build skills, grow confidence, and expand social capital through inclusive, relationship-driven programs. In classrooms, community spaces, and on college campuses, participants show up as learners, leaders, and contributors. This work is hands-on and relational, grounded in the belief that when people are seen for their strengths and supported to grow, we all thrive.

This is an exciting and important moment for IFG. We are expanding our programs, deepening partnerships, and intentionally building the next chapter of our work together. We are a small but mighty organization that leads with purpose, shows up with enthusiasm, and believes deeply in the power of collaboration.

If you are energized by being with people, facilitating inclusive spaces, and building real relationships, and you are excited to grow alongside an organization grounded in possibility and momentum, I would love to hear from you.

    Warmly,

Dr. Bev Weinberg, OTD, MS, OTR/L

    Founder and Executive Director

    About the Role

The Program & Community Engagement Lead is a hands-on, fully in-person role responsible for delivering, coordinating, and strengthening Integrate for Good’s inclusive programs. This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in education, occupational therapy, social work, or human services who want to apply their skills in community-based, inclusive settings.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in direct service, enjoys being in the room, and takes pride in creating programs that run smoothly, consistently, and with care from preparation through delivery.

Most days are spent facilitating programs, engaging directly with participants and families, and working side by side with interns and community partners. The Program & Community Engagement Lead is a relationship builder who works closely with the Executive Director to ensure program quality, consistency, and growth.

    Who Thrives in This Role

This role may be a strong fit for someone who:

      • Is a grounded, reliable facilitator who brings warmth and consistency to group settings
      • Enjoys building relationships with participants, families, interns, volunteers, and community partners
      • Is organized and thoughtful, while able to adapt in real time to participant needs
      • Thrives in a small organization where priorities are clear and systems are evolving
      • Values being physically present and engaged in community-based work
      • Is motivated by meaningful impact and shared success and takes responsibility for outcomes

    Core Responsibilities

    Program Delivery and Facilitation

      • Facilitate recurring IFG programs and group sessions in person
      • Create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments
      • Adapt sessions in real time based on participant strengths and needs
      • Co-facilitate programs with interns and volunteers as appropriate

    Program Planning and Curriculum Development

      • Plan semester and annual program calendars
      • Prepare session plans, materials, and timelines
      • Refine curriculum based on outcomes and participant feedback
      • Coordinate space usage with campus and community partners
      • Pilot and support the development of new program offerings

    Participant, Family, and Volunteer Relationships

      • Conduct onboarding and intake conversations
      • Communicate regularly with families and respond to questions or concerns
      • Coordinate and support volunteers during program delivery
      • Foster a welcoming and inclusive IFG community

    Recruitment and Referral Partnerships

      • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including schools, agencies, clinicians, campuses, and community organizations
      • Participate in outreach events and information sessions
      • Support participant recruitment, enrollment, and waitlists
      • Share program updates and impact with partners

    Program Evaluation and Impact Documentation

      • Track attendance and participation
      • Administer surveys and feedback tools
      • Document skill growth and program outcomes
      • Prepare concise impact summaries for internal use, fundraising, and reporting

    Intern Support

      • Assign clearly defined program-related tasks to interns
      • Provide guidance and feedback on intern work
      • Ensure interns are supported and appropriately supervised

    Collaboration and Communication

      • Meet weekly with the Executive Director
      • Share insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
      • Contribute program reflections and outcomes for grant and funder reporting

This Role May Not Be a Fit If You

      • Are seeking a remote or hybrid position
      • Prefer primarily desk-based or behind-the-scenes work
      • Do not enjoy facilitating groups or working directly with people
      • Are uncomfortable communicating regularly with families and partners
      • Prefer highly scripted environments with little flexibility
      • Are looking for a role focused mainly on strategy rather than program delivery

What Success Looks Like After One Year

      • Programs run consistently and are well facilitated
      • Participants are engaged and supported in meaningful ways
      • Families and referral partners report strong satisfaction
      • Program outcomes are clearly documented and shared
      • Interns are supported, productive, and integrated into program delivery
