THE OPPORTUNITY:
WEH seeks a collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven fundraising professional to join our development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead organization-wide giving campaigns and play a central role in the planning and execution of our signature Annual Event. If you’re a skilled project manager with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and youth development, this role is for you.
Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, the Manager of Annual Giving and Events plays a key leadership role on the Development team, leading the organization’s annual giving campaigns, the manager will also oversee the planning and execution of West End House’s signature Annual Event.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The salary range for this role is $62,000-$79,000. Rates of pay within this range will be commensurate with experience and based on factors such as years of experience, educational qualifications, and proficiency in a second language. Salaries ranges are developed in alignment with West End House’s internal compensation policy and because internal equity is critical, offers are firm. The compensation philosophy outlines salary growth potential for all employees so that staff can know how to increase their salary through performance.
