    Description

    Senior Development Manager, Grants

Development Non-Exempt Full Time Director of Development $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Delivering Good: Since 1985, Delivering Good has been connecting individuals and families facing poverty, homelessness, and disasters with new products that open doors to hope, dignity, and opportunity. In our 40-year history, we have delivered more than $3B in new merchandise to communities, including $133M in product and over 10M units in 2024 alone. Our network of retailers, manufacturers, and community partners ensures unused, excess products have a meaningful impact on the lives they reach—we’ve seen new pairs of shoes be the catalyst for landing jobs, backpacks become a source of pride that helps a child look forward to the school year ahead, and accessories that many of us take for granted bring comfort, safety and a sense of dignity and pride to people who have felt vulnerable or neglected. Delivering Good unites retailers, manufacturers, foundations, and individuals to provide people impacted by poverty and tragedy with new merchandise, effectively distributed through a network of community partners to offer hope, dignity, and self-esteem to at-risk children, families, and individuals.
