As an Advisor Fundraising & Endowment, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the development of the Deutsche Welthungerhilfe Foundation and professionally market its offerings. You will support donors, optimize internal processes, and design communication around our products – making the work of our foundation visible and directly contributing to the implementation of long-term and sustainable projects.

    • Participation in the introduction of the new CRM software Salesforce – by preparing analyses, developing optimization concepts, continuous monitoring, close coordination with the Product Owner, and ensuring accurate data management
    • Strategic contribution – preparing analyses and decision templates, supporting the realignment of foundation products, and accompanying necessary measures (e.g. conversion of small trust foundations or unprofitable loans)
    • Optimization of internal workflows and information flows in close collaboration with accounting, donor services, data management, and estate administration
    • Co-development of a new CRM approach (definition of key accounts, individual measures, development plans)
    • Representation of Welthungerhilfe at foundation and legacy events

    Your profile
