    Summary of Position

    Women Moving Millions is seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the CEO to advance

    the mission of the organization. Specifically, the Executive Assistant will provide support to the

    CEO including full calendar management for internal and external meetings, board and

    committee coordination, and ad hoc support for events, research, and communications.

    Additionally, the Executive Assistant will work with other staff on an as-needed basis to support

    other strategic initiatives focused on furthering the mission and vision of the organization.

    • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
    • Time Commitment: Full time
    • Supervisor: CEO
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule and communications.
    • Provide assistance to the CEO with travel including logistical support, production of itineraries, and other briefing materials.
    • Prepare correspondence, talking points, briefings, meeting minutes, action items, and other materials for internal and external meetings and events.
    • Provide support for board meetings, retreats, and other governance activities.
    • Support CEO inputs into Salesforce by uploading notes and sharing action items.
    • Conduct research and analysis and present summary reports as needed.
    • Provide support to WMM HQ office, including managing office supplies and other needs.
    • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

    This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills.
    • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required; experience with Zoom, Slack, Adobe, and Salesforce are highly preferred.
    • Excellent writing, note taking, and analytical skills; attentive to detail
    • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to represent WMM in a professional, engaging and dynamic manner.
    • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated initiative and flexibility working both independently and as a member of a team; an accountable self-starter.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
    • Strong commitment to Women Moving Millions’ mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
    • Experience and/or knowledge of the philanthropy sector is advantageous, as is experience working with high-net-worth individuals/donors
