    About The FIGHT DC:

    The FIGHT DC is a faith-based nonprofit that empowers women and families to overcome trauma, poverty, and exploitation through Christ-centered training, outreach, and community support.

    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help share our story, grow our online presence, and engage our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for faith-based empowerment, a strong eye for design, and the ability to create compelling content across multiple platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Create engaging photo, video, and written content aligned with The FIGHT DC’s mission and brand.
    • Plan and schedule consistent posts, reels, and stories using content calendars.
    • Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments professionally and warmly.
    • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategy to increase reach and impact.
    • Collaborate with leadership to promote events, campaigns, and training programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience managing social media for a brand, nonprofit, or ministry.
    • Strong storytelling, video editing, and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
    • Understanding of trends, reels, and short-form video best practices.
    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
    • Alignment with the mission and values of The FIGHT DC.
