What Is IMPACT?

IMPACT is a nationally-recognized, trauma-informed self-defense program that empowers people - especially women and other vulnerable groups - to set boundaries and protect themselves physically, emotionally, and verbally. Our unique approach uses full-force, scenario-based training with instructors in padded armor, providing a realistic, safe space to learn and grow.

The Role of the Suited Instructor

As a suited instructor (also known as a mock aggressor), you are the living simulation of a real-life threat - and a powerful part of someone’s transformation.

Students walk into class unsure, anxious, sometimes afraid. They walk out with unshakable confidence and a felt sense of power - because they practiced real skills against a real (but safe) aggressor. That aggressor is you.
