Location: In-person + part-time + occasional remote
Salary: $22–$30/hour
Reports to: Executive Director
Role Overview
This hybrid role supports both the Executive Director and the Programs team. You'll split your time between high-level administrative support and hands-on event logistics. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be deeply connected to both operations and mission delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (40–50%)
- Draft communications and manage follow-up
- Organize documents, SOPs, and internal systems
- Support special projects, grant work, and meeting prep
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and internal workflows
Programs & Events Support (50–60%)
- Coordinate training and event logistics
- Prepare materials, kits, books, and shipping
- Assist at on-site events and exhibitor tables
- Keep inventory organized and updated
- Capture notes, photos, and documentation for reports
