House Majority PAC is an organization designed to hold Republicans accountable and help elect more House Democrats. House Majority PAC is committed to building a long-term organization that can take on the Republican outside groups in the battle for the House Majority.

Political Associates report to Regional Political Directors and play a key role in managing the flow of projects across an assigned subset of targeted House races. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives on tracking moving parts, and wants to learn how large-scale political advertising programs are built and executed in real time. Political Associates are at the center of HMP’s program, ensuring products move smoothly through internal processes — from legal and research review to compliance reporting — while helping their Regional Director stay on top of developments across their portfolio of races.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track products through internal approval processes and systems, including legal and research review, to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Maintain up-to-date trackers that monitor multiple ongoing projects and products across assigned races.

Monitor ad spending, polling information, fundraising reports, and news updates to support strategic and programmatic developments in assigned races.

Draft, edit, and update race review memos and presentations on a regular basis.

Provide administrative support for Regional Political Directors, including scheduling and reporting support for operations teams to ensure timely, compliant IE filings.

Support the Regional Political Director by keeping them informed of the status of deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding needs.

Partner with research and other internal teams as needed.

    Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to advancing Democratic values and causes.

Prior experience working or interning in campaigns, political committees, consulting firms, or progressive organizations preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite; experience with project management or tracking tools a plus.

Clear, proactive communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Work Environment & Culture

While we maintain a casual and collaborative atmosphere, we are a high-performing team committed to hard work, especially during the critical months leading up to the election. We value organization, attention to detail, and proactive management. Candidates should be prepared for demanding hours and the dynamic pace of the campaign cycle.
