    Description

    The Shared Humanity Project focuses on helping communities across the U.S. to eradicate poverty in five years or less. We are currently seeking to hire a part-time Executive Assistant to work on-site in our Palm Beach Gardens office. We are looking for an individual with experience and the ability to work independently as needed in organizing myriad aspects of the organization's and the Executive Director's work.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with the Executive Director's daily email and regular mail correspondences, writing original copy as needed and from conversation with the ED.
    • Supporting all other daily work of the Executive Director, to include meeting schedules and general project management.
    • Ensuring all back-end aspects of each project are organized at the office and on the cloud.

    The schedule for this position is currently set for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons from 12 noon - 5:00pm in our Palm Beach Gardens office. Friday afternoons are also possible as the work requires. Email cover letter and resume to mark@sharedhumanityproject.org.
