Position Title: Policy Attorney or Senior Policy Advisor
Employment Status: Full-time, exempt, not eligible for overtime
Reports To: Policy Director (Program)
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Remote (within U.S.)

Just Futures Law is a movement law organization that defends and builds the power of immigrant rights and criminal justice activists, organizers, and community groups. Our mission is to address the criminalization, detention, and deportation of immigrants and people of color in the United States.
Founded in 2019, our work is grounded in a movement lawyering and racial justice framework. We are a growing, remote-based team with a fast-paced, collaborative, and values driven culture. Our staff are located across CA, DC, GA, MA, NC, and OR. Occasional travel is required.
Position Summary
This is a full-time position for a policy attorney or senior policy advisor. The individual will focus on addressing technology and surveillance tools impacting communities through research, public education, and community-driven policy advocacy.

Salary Range: $90,000-105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
(Tier 3 Position)
Just Futures Law sets salaries according to its Compensation Equity Guidelines. As a policy, the highest-paid staff cannot earn more than 2.5X the lowest-paid staff.
