    The Opportunity

Are you an organized, creative professional ready to lead the charge in online education and national event planning? We are seeking an Education Program Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our learning ecosystem. This role is designed for an early-to-mid career professional who wants to master program management and play a key leadership role in executing our flagship national conference. We provide extensive training and you provide the drive.

    What You’ll Do

    • Program Hub: Act as the primary liaison between our Education Committee, course creators and facilitators, and students to keep our curriculum fresh and world-class.
    • Partnership Builder: Seek out and nurture "win-win" relationships with industry organizations to expand our program’s reach.
    • Growth Marketer: Use our toolkit (Email, AMS, Adobe, and Social Media) to craft persuasive campaigns that drive student enrollment and program awareness.
    • Conference Leader: Work alongside senior staff as the primary planner and execute our national conference, moving from logistical support to high-level event leadership.
    • Operational Pro: Maintain program standards, track data, and keep all education cycles running on schedule.

    Who You Are

    • A "High-Rise" Thinker: You’re organized enough to manage multiple stakeholders but creative enough to write a compelling LinkedIn post, marketing flyer, or compelling partnership pitch.
    • Tech-Fluent: You enjoy learning new software (like Higher Logic Thrive and Freestone LMS) and aren't afraid of a spreadsheet or using AI to speed up your workflow.
    • Clear Communicator: You possess the skill of interpersonal diplomacy to handle diverse personalities - from presenting to a Board of Directors to supporting a student.
    • Self-Directed: You thrive in a remote environment and take full ownership of your calendar and goals.
    • Road-Ready: You love the flexibility of working from home but look forward to traveling a few times a year.

    Why Join Us?

    • Clear Career Ladder: Join a stable, mission-driven organization - we want this to be the last job you ever apply for.
    • The Perks: Competitive pay, remote work stipend, and paid travel. We offer 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision premiums for the employee and paid PTO.
