SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lead Child Care Specialist is a role within NMIC’s Benefits Unit that will work with our highly skilled and experienced interdisciplinary team to help build NMIC’s Child Care Assistance Program by conducting direct outreach to eligible clients, recruiting child care providers and helping to develop and manage community partnerships to increase community access to the program in Manhattan and the Bronx.

BENEFITS: NMIC offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance; paid time off consisting of 20 vacation days, 15 sick days, 5 personal days, 11 agency holidays, plus the week off from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day; a 401k with agency contribution; and other benefits.
The salary for the position is $69,550
