Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position supports organizational change and includes the review, design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s infrastructure and cross-cutting processes to support CC today and in the future.

This is a remote, office-based position performed from a home or remote workspace using standard office equipment and technology. Periodic travel to the Boston Office will be required. The role involves extended periods of sitting, regular computer use, and virtual communication. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 based on a full-time schedule. Placement within the range is determined by role scope, relevant experience, skills, geographic considerations, and internal equity. Compensation is reviewed and approved in accordance with Community Catalyst’s compensation framework and organizational policies.
