    The Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media/Digital Designer who loves dreaming up fun, meaningful content that supports our mission and shines a light on the incredible kids and volunteers in the CoachArt community. This role is deeply rooted in storytelling and brings our programs, people, and impact to life across social media.

In addition to social media, you will also support marketing design as needed such as email design, collateral for special events and occasionally making updates to the website. Canva is our primary design tool.

This role reports to the Brand Manager.

    • Develop platform-specific content designed to grow engagement, foster community, and highlight our amazing kids and volunteers.
    • Plan and execute a consistent, mission-aligned content calendar across platforms.
    • Stay on top of social trends and recommend creative ideas to expand reach and visibility.
    • Support community-building efforts, including engaging followers and collaborating with micro-influencers.
    • Track, analyze, and share insights on social performance to inform future content and growth strategies.
    • Familiarity with accessible content best practices (alt text, captions, inclusive design) or willingness to learn.

    Marketing Design Support

    • Support design needs across email campaigns, marketing materials, and special event collateral.
    • Experience using GiveButter for emails a plus but not required
    • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to ensure all design assets reflect our mission and brand voice.

    • Open to learning new systems and platforms
    • Familiarity with social analytics and performance tracking
    • Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects at once
