Position Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Artistic Director, the Artistic Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Artistic Department, including casting, producing, literary management, and education and engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and comfortable with frequent, high-touch email, phone, and in-person communication with various community stakeholders and artistic partners. An interest in play development and producing processes, as well as in educational and ancillary programming, is required.

Time and Compensation:
This is a contract, 1099 role. The position pays $25/hour. The Artistic Assistant works about 16 hours per week, ideally Monday-Thursday afternoons, with occasional evening and weekend hours to attend artistic activities. Majority remote work with biweekly, in-person meetings and events.
