    Description

RIVET is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven consultant to grow and steward our Social Innovator Accelerator (SIA) - a social impact platform aimed at financial firms interested in meaningful employee engagement and strategic philanthropic partnerships aimed at GenZ. This role is central to providing critical resources to thousands of young social innovators while also raising vital scaling funds for RIVET; all while ensuring our corporate partners experience a world-class, impact-driven, youth-centered stewardship journey. Working closely with the CEO and Chief Impact Officer, you will design and lead the full lifecycle of firm partnership engagement, from prospect research to cultivation, to reporting and stewardship. Our goal is to secure 10 partners; we currently have 10 strong contenders in the pipeline.

RIVET is looking to bring on a part-time consultant to do three things:

    1. Identify and cultivate new partners: clarify and sharpen our ideal firm profile, broaden and cultivate a pipeline of aligned corporate partners, mapping connection pathways and delivering outreach that brings new partners into the RIVET ecosystem.
    2. Shape partnership opportunities: design and manage the full lifecycle of corporate relationships - from initial interest through engagement, activation, and renewal - ensuring partners receive an authentic, reciprocal, and truly transformative partnership experience that supports the Social Innovator Accelerator.
    3. Ensure seamless stewardship: coordinate and support high-impact partner engagement experiences, ensuring firms receive structured engagement, inspiring reporting, and an opportunity for employees to meaningfully use their expertise and skills.

You will join a dedicated, low-ego team in launching a first-of-its-kind philanthropic movement led by youth. Supported by the CEO, this role works across the organization and volunteer leadership.

Time Commitment: This is a part-time opportunity — approximately 20 - 30 hours per week, flexible and variable depending on needs.
