    The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a non-partisan non-profit dedicated to equipping the next generation of Americans with the skills to communicate and collaborate across lines of difference. Since its founding in 2017, CDI has partnered with more than 150 colleges and universities nationwide, offering an evidence-based suite of programs designed to reach stakeholders at every level of a campus—from presidents to incoming students—to create campus cultures of inquiry and dialogue.     About the Role

    The Program Associate, Live Programs supports the successful delivery of CDI’s workshops and trainings by providing logistical, technical, and coordination support for established offerings such as Foundations in Constructive Dialogue (“Foundations”) and our Dialogue Facilitation Certification (“DFC”). This role works closely with CDI Educators (a pool of external contractors who lead CDI’s Live Programs), partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth program operations, clear communication, and high-quality participant experiences. The Program Associate also helps maintain and improve the systems and processes that enable CDI’s live programs to scale effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical and logistical support for CDI’s live programs, with a primary focus on flagship, well-established offerings.
    • Schedule CDI Educators for partner workshops and programs, ensuring accurate staffing and clear alignment with program requirements.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact between CDI Educators and partners to support smooth logistical coordination, including leading coordination meetings as needed.
    • Coordinate participant communications for live programs, including scheduling details, pre- and post-program information, and responses to participant inquiries.
    • Update and maintain program materials, partner and Educator communications, project management templates, and program data across platforms such as Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana.
    • Support the management and continuous improvement of systems and processes related to live program delivery and evaluation, contributing to efficiency, scalability, and program quality.
    • Collaborate with Growth, Education, and Culture Change teams to support the successful delivery of live programs.

    About You

    • 1–2 years of professional experience in project management, operations, administrative, program support, or related roles.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution and stakeholder communication..
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong process orientation with a knack for identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Experience with tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable.
    • A commitment to the mission and values of the Constructive Dialogue Institute.
