Investor Advocates for Social Justice (IASJ) seeks a part-time seasonal Proxy Voting Analyst to support our proxy voting services during the busy season. This is a flexible, fully remote position, ideal for someone who wants to contribute to socially responsible investing while setting their own schedule. The Proxy Voting Analyst will need to work a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 hours each week, but can allocate their hours as preferred (weekends, evenings, or anytime that works for you). A one-month probationary period applies to ensure a smooth onboarding and support.
Role Overview: The Proxy Voting Analyst’s primary responsibility is casting votes on corporate proxy statements according to IASJ’s provided guidelines. Minimal additional research is needed, as the job will primarily involve following instructions from IASJ’s guidelines and ensuring votes are submitted accurately and on time. Training will be provided.
