    • Drive the growth of Digitize New York and oversee our regional digitization centers.
    • Develop and implement strategies for digital publishing, text extraction, and indexing.
    • Represent the NYG&B through presentations, conferences, and collaborations.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years’ experience managing digital projects (websites, digitization, or IT).
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Hands-on experience with Drupal or equivalent content management system (required) and familiarity with AWS, Google Analytics, and digital preservation methods.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing.
    • Interest in history, archives, or genealogy (preferred).

    Compensation

    • $70,000-$80,000 annually.

    • Participation in the NYGYB’s 403(b) plan (including a 2% annual salary match).
    • Two weeks of paid vacation each year, 14 holidays, and three personal days.
