The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) is seeking a Learning Programs Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative training programs for our nationwide network. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of instructional design, technology, and accessibility.
Who We Are
NDRN is the nonprofit membership organization for the federally mandated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) Systems and Client Assistance Programs (CAP). Together, we are the nation’s largest provider of legal advocacy for people with disabilities, advancing civil and human rights through systemic advocacy, litigation, and policy reform.

You are a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who loves transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences. You understand adult learning principles and accessibility standards inside and out, and you’re excited to apply them in a mission-driven environment. You’re comfortable managing technology platforms, collaborating with subject-matter experts, and ensuring every learner feels included.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
