Studio in a School (Studio) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative professional with an interest in arts administration to join our team as the Associate Program Manager, Teen Arts Internships Implementation. The Associate Program Manager works collaboratively to plan and implement a paid internship program for NYC public high school students focused on career readiness, college preparation, and arts engagement. The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of all Teen Arts Internship Programs, including supporting intern recruitment and selection activities, coordinating curriculum delivery and cultural excursions, and communication with key stakeholders. In the summer, the Associate Program Manager is responsible for supervising a team of mentors who serve as direct, intern-facing support staff. During the fall and spring, the Associate Program Manager oversees the execution of the Intern School Year Program, where selected summer interns continue with their internship position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, student-centered, collaborative, and passionate about cultivating a supportive environment for youth.
The Associate Program Manager will report to the Program Manager for Arts Internship, Teen Programs. This is a full-time, exempt, and non-union position and supervises seasonal staff and interns as assigned.

Location
We are currently working on a hybrid schedule. The Associate Program Manager will be asked to work 2 days per week in our office, though this schedule may shift and evolve.
Hours
As a member of the administrative staff, the Associate Program Manager is expected to work
from 9 AM to 5 PM each scheduled workday. Any schedule shift request must be requested in

Salary
The salary range is $64,000-$66,000. We welcome an open discussion with interested candidates about the full compensation package.
