The Program Director, Cayuga County is a community change agent and plays a critical role on our diverse team, leading projects that foster positive change within nonprofit organizations and the community. This role will manage a new initiative based in Auburn, NY to support a capacity building program for area nonprofits to help them identify what they need and where to start. The Program Director will manage the initiative in collaboration with Causewave’s senior team and interface with our supporting partner, The Fred L. Emerson Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a critical thought partner and manage a pool of funds to support capacity building among Cayuga County nonprofits.
