Join a Mission That Changes Lives

Licensed Outpatient Therapist – Women, Children & Families

Empowerment Pathways | Easton, PA (Hybrid)

At Empowerment Pathways, we believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Our vision is a world where every individual and family—regardless of background—has access to compassionate, culturally attuned mental health care that helps them build resilient, fulfilling lives.

We are seeking a fully licensed clinician who is not just looking for a job, but a purpose—someone who is deeply committed to walking alongside women, children, and families as they navigate healing, growth, and hope.

    Our Mission in Action

Empowerment Pathways strengthens underserved communities through mental health therapy, youth mentorship, parenting education, and advocacy. We provide trauma-informed, developmentally responsive, and inclusive services that support individuals and families on their path to lasting change.

As part of our team, your work will directly contribute to:

    • Healing from trauma and loss
    • Strengthening families and parent-child relationships
    • Supporting youth in building confidence and resilience
    • Reducing barriers to care and promoting equity

This is a role for someone who believes that connection, compassion, and community can change lives.

    Your Impact

    In this role, you will:

    • Create safe, affirming spaces for individuals and families to heal
    • Support clients through trauma recovery, parenting challenges, identity development, and emotional growth
    • Facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster resilience and empowerment
    • Collaborate with a mission-driven team that shares a deep commitment to community care

Your presence, empathy, and clinical skill will help people move from survival to stability—and from healing to hope.

    Who You Are

You are a fully licensed clinician who:

    • Believes in trauma-informed, strengths-based care
    • Values cultural humility and inclusive practice
    • Feels called to serve women, children, and families
    • Finds meaning in advocacy, mentorship, and community impact

Required Licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

    Why Empowerment Pathways?

    • Be part of a compassionate, collaborative team
    • Serve a community that truly needs your voice and care
    • Grow professionally while doing meaningful, heart-centered work
    • Experience flexibility, support, and purpose in your career
    • Work for a 501(c)(3) organization eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
    • Full-time team members are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package

    A Final Word
