Maitripa College is seeking a mid-level Digital Communications Lead for a temporary, part-time engagement (20–25 hours per week for 5–6 months) to support two key priorities: the execution of Maitripa’s 20th Anniversary communications campaign and communications related to the College’s migration to digital delivery formats.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. The Digital Communications Lead will work collaboratively with Maitripa leadership, the Graphic Designer, and the current webmaster to implement an already established narrative and communications strategy across social media and the College’s website. The position emphasizes content execution, coordination, and translation, rather than technical platform ownership or instructional design leadership.
The engagement is expected to begin mid-January (around January 15), with an initial onboarding and planning period, followed by full campaign execution beginning in February.
