Provide Administrative and managed support to leadership and staff.
Manager calendars, schedule meetings appointments, coordinated all events of the organization
Prepare, organize and maintain documents, reports and records.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations internal documents.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Perform data entry, filing and database maintenance.
Support office operations, including ordering of supplies and food for programs.
Maintain confidential documents and mange sensitive information with care.
English and some Spanish.
