POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customized Employment Team is currently hiring a Coach to work with artists and artisans to assist with the creation and sales of their artwork. Coaches assist artists with artwork creation by supporting them in their studio practice, assisting with packaging and branding, website creation, promotion of artist work, and developing individualized sales and exhibition opportunities.

An ideal candidate will have personal artistic or craft practice and a strong network of relationships in the greater Philadelphia arts community. Coaching duties will be split between customized and traditional schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelors or Master of Fine Arts or substantive experience in the arts is required.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
• Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Must have access to an insured, working vehicle you can drive.
• Must have internet access and a computer at home.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks.
