    Description

    The Coachella Valley Organizer is a full-time, non-exempt position that will be supervised by the Lead Organizer. The Coachella Valley Organizer will be responsible for supervising volunteers, interns, and fellows, and plays a key role in supporting and expanding ICIJ’s Rapid Response Network in the Coachella Valley, including training responders and providing direct support to impacted families. The Coachella Valley Organizer will spearhead mobilization efforts for ICIJ campaigns and engage in policy advocacy while developing community leaders. The Coachella Valley Organizer is expected to uphold the values and mission of ICIJ in their daily work. We expect individuals to represent ideals of integrity, respect, accountability, compassion, and leadership.
