The Church of the Redeemer is seeking a Director of Administration. Reporting to the Rector, the Director of Administration has oversight of all business operations including facilities, finance, stewardship, HR, IT, and ministry support. The holder of this position will serve as a trusted advisor to the Rector in management, characterized by integrity, discretion, and wisdom. The role requires a strategic and compassionate leader who can maintain productive collaborative relationships with clergy, staff, lay leaders, and parishioners. Experience with the Episcopal church is helpful but not required. Full time with benefits.
