    Description

    Position Summary: Tuesday’s Children seeks a full-time Program Associate to support our program team. This position is remote with the ideal candidate located is North Carolina, Texas or Georgia. Travel is required 25% of the time.

    The Program Associate will be responsible for supporting youth mentoring programs, client intakes, resource navigation, community engagement and outreach and support for other program offerings as needed. They will join a positive, energetic team. Their work will help families across the country transform pain into purpose.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial intake and assessment interviews to gather detailed information, evaluate client needs, and determine eligibility for resources available.
    • Act as the case manager for families, of all populations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including case notes, progress reports, and other documentation
    • Create and manage family outreach program, engaging regularly with all registered families
    • Lead regular follow-up with families before and after programs
    • Attend onsite engagement/activations to support programs as needed, including nights and weekends
    • Manage the distribution of any donated tickets to events
    • Data entry: input new family registrations into database, follow-up to collect any missing information and gather data to support grants when needed
    • Serve as primary point of contact for program volunteers
    • Assist Mentoring Program Manager as needed
    • Help to create social media content for various programs
    • Facilitate and/or attend professional trainings and workshops, as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Travel required, up to 25%

    • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage and meet tight deadlines; high level of adaptability to be able to adjust tasks according to shifting priorities.
    • Relationship Building and communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and gender backgrounds with a trauma-informed lens

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Attention to detail and follow through
    • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and CRMs (such as Salesforce, Bloomerang)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Evening and weekend work required
