Hyacinth Foundation seeks a seasoned financial professional to oversee our complex financials. As a heavily public-funded organization, we need an individual who has strong grants management skills including allocations, reporting and audits. The ideal candidate will also understand non-profit finance responsibilities in accordance with IRS rules and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
We currently outsource some financial responsibilities involving general ledger and bank reconciliations but the ideal candidate will understand these functions. Other areas of responsibility include involvement with accounts payable/receivables, purchase orders, insurance, payroll, budgeting, compliance and supervision of staff.
This position is a leadership position and will work closely with other members of the senior team, the Finance Committee and the Board of Trustees. This is a challenging position and we are looking for an individual who will work with us to solidify processes.
Hyacinth is a 501c3. We fight for health equity and will use our collective voices to challenge and navigate health and social injustices. Through the employment of harm reduction and wellness principles, we work to end HIV and other related health disparities.
We offer a comprehensive health/dental package along with employer sponsored life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability. A 401k is also available.
