College & Career Readiness Coach (INSPIRES)

If you love working with students and want a job packed with meaning, growth, and momentum, this role delivers it all. Bronx GEAR UP INSPIRES (Impactful New Strategies for Persistence, Improvement, Resilience, and Engagement for Students) is a brand-new seven-year initiative helping students build confidence and plan for college.

You’ll be the mentor teens trust as they take on big decisions about their future. Workshops, college trips, one-on-one coaching—your days will be full, dynamic, and rewarding.

You’ll Get To

• • Coach students in large and small groups
  • Lead workshops on study skills, goal-setting & college readiness
  • Support afterschool/Saturday/summer programs
  • Take students on college and career exploration trips
  • Build relationships with families and school staff

What You Bring

• • A minimum of three years of relevant experience mentoring, tutoring, advising, or working with youth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive energy that motivates students
  • Flexibility + reliability in a fast-paced school environment
  • Earned Bachelor’s Degree
