    Role Summary

    The CRM Fundraising Administrator supports Medair’s donor and donation management by following fundraising campaigns and philanthropy relationships across Medair’s global donor networks, processing and reconciling gifts, maintaining accurate records, and delivering detailed reporting in collaboration with the Engagement and Finance teams. They sustain and strengthen relationships with Swiss and global donors by providing timely customer service, fostering loyalty, and building trust.

    Project Overview

    Medair’s Global Support Office (GSO) provides operational guidance for country programmes and supports relief workers worldwide. We promote Medair’s work globally to raise and manage funds and recruit staff for international and GSO roles. The Engagement department builds awareness, engages supporters, and communicates the impact of our humanitarian work. Our goal is to secure funding to sustain life-saving programmes.

    Workplace & Conditions

    Global Support Office (GSO) position based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Swiss or eligible EU citizens, or those with a valid work permit for Switzerland.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the process and validate online/offline donations in Salesforce, ensuring timely, compliant and accurate matching (through automated and exception management).
    • Manage recurring gifts, exceptions, donor comments, and online platforms, supporting fundraising campaigns and communications. Preparing welcome packs & thank you communications to donors.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Affiliate fundraising teams, and International Programmes on reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness.
    • Generate and review reports/dashboards to provide transparent global revenue visibility for programme and project decision-making.
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall fundraising performance.
    • Qualifications, Experience & Technical Competencies
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, in Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Account Management
    • English and French professional capacity, German (Swiss German) an asset.
    • Experience in a gift processing, fundraising support role, or equivalent finance role desirable.
    • Experience of Salesforce CRM or other donor / relational databases with automated processes preferred.
    • Communicates well with Email, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, (Salesforce Chatter).
