Position Summary:
The HR Operations Manager is a newly created accelerator role within Multiplier’s Human Resources team, designed to strengthen the foundation that supports our ecosystem of approximately 150 employees. This role drives efficiency across our HR systems, benefits, and policies, ensuring they are compliant, connected, and people-centered. Acting as the bridge between people, process, and technology, the HR Operations Manager will manage vendor and broker relationships, seek to enhance the employee experience, and lead the evaluation and rollout of a new HRIS in 2026.

Workplace & Travel: All employees work from home offices with occasional travel (1-2 times per year) for all-team in-person meetings.
Compensation: Multiplier provides a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary ($95,000-97,000 annual salary), excellent medical and dental benefits, retirement savings, and generous vacation and sick leave policy.
