    Fixed-Term contract (October – December 2025), Full time, 37.5 hours a week

    Salary: £46,900 gross per annum

    Are you someone who thrives working on exciting HR Projects and you are passionate about Human Rights? Then, this job is for you!

    Working in the People & Culture team you will be leading and supporting a number of vital HR projects:

    • Designing our international rewards framework
    • Automating our current HRIS
    • Working with us on the results of our global engagement survey
    • Roll out of our new intranet

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role are:

    • Demonstrable experience managing tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
    • Supporting and collaborating on HR Projects and delivery from the onset
    • Strong experience of operating in a global, multi-cultural and complex environment
    • Collaborative and supportive style of working with foresight to step in and support team members when needed
